I was really looking forward to my stay at Locanda Pandenus Brera, especially after seeing some beautiful photos. While the location was fantastic and central, I found some cleanliness issues and signs of neglect throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, but considering the price, I expected more attention to detail. Overall, it had potential, but the execution fell short in some areas.

The Brera room had a lovely four-poster king size bed and a nice bathroom, although I did find some hairs in the shower and on the bed. After bringing it to their attention, they gave me another room which seemed much cleaner, but little issues like an empty bottle in the fridge and a lightbulb out still pointed to carelessness.

The personnel were friendly and eager to help, but there were some hiccups during my stay. The chaotic checkout process, with no breakfast available due to building works, was a letdown. It's a good thing the cleaner was kind enough to give me directions for luggage storage.
